I just made this for my children & myself. It was lovely!! I was surprised my boys ate it as they can be fussy with new things. I don’t like omlettes (but decided to make has had too many eggs to use b4 they went off) but I loved this, I think it was because it was more like a crepe. Definitely make it again in the future. Tnx x
