I made the deli-style roast beef last week and am making the bacon and garlic encrusted porkloin this week. The beef turned out AWESOME and I'm sure the pork will too. I've been a chef for a long time but never made these two cuts of meat like this. Your directions were easy to follow, the ingredients are what I have on hand and the results have been delicious.
