It is kinda hard to fix meat if you don't season to taste. But this... this... was the bomb! Had my hubby singin' (and I didn't even taste it)! If I make another one of these... I don't know... might not be veg anymore, lol! No seriously! Let me just say that I am vegetarian (please, there are specific reasons why this must be at this time) but my hubby is not. (Keep in mind, butchering terminology can vary based on region.)
