I am wondering if it is a concern that the Lodge Enamel products are made in China? Lodge Cast Iron are made in USA but they import their enamel items from China, i wonder is this is a soruce of concern for the quality? Just wondering... thanks

These were so good! I added some chilli flakes to the breading and finished it off with a drizzle of honey on top of fresh blueberries and spinach salad. YUM. I already want some more.

I made this recipe tonight and it turned out wonderfully! The skin was excellent. I loved the step by step instructions. I can't wait to make another recipe from your blog.

Ah yes, the fragrant aroma of dirt cheap neck bones simmering away...I already know this is gonna be one helluva soup! Gonna add kielbasa stead of ham, just a personal preference. Great idea using the neck bones...gotta go, it's straining time.

Thanks for the pictures. I got the receipe and directions from another website, but they weren't clear. Your pictures are awesome, and did it right the 2nd time around. Made 17 tbsp pf butter today. I used an ice cube tray, each section is about 1 tsbp. So I don't have to measure later. My husband loved it, and wants me to do it from now on. I don't know a farmer or even live close to a farmer, so not sure how much or often I will do this. But it was totally cool.
