  1. Ronald Bourgeois September 26, 2019 at 11:32 pm I am an excellent angry chef myself. You are so clever. I look at your site daily. I’ve made maple sugar bacon, your prime rib (best results ever!!) I’ve made the baked brie with walnuts and preserves and you make even I look intelligent. So many compliments! I love the back story with your dishes (I typically hate that part). You are such a persona! I love the Easter Dinner pics. I get so distracted with anything concerning ham. If you’ve ever seen the movie, The Edge, it perfectly illustrates what’s at play here. We gave Anthony Hopkins’ swimsuit model wife asking Him to make her a sandwich. He goes downstairs and sees a whole ham (with fat layer browned, baked and perfectly scored) sitting on a cutting board with a block of cheddar that appeared to have huge potential, and a loaf of unsliced, fresh baked Rustic bread. How convenient. I’m trying to say, keep doing what you do It’s not only the food, but the pictures!! The places they take you to, the feelings they stir. Complete genius. I’m headed to Home Goods to find the Ramekins, tear up some turkey..make a blonde roux ( to add peas and carrots to) oh, and clean my hands. I’ve never wanted Turkey Pot Pie so badly!!
